History
How we got here.
From institute research to an integrated, privately owned manufacturer.
- 1991Chairman Wang began researching magnetic powder production through the magnetic powder division of the Ninth Institute.
- 1993The first melt-spun NdFeB powder production line was established. The work received multiple national science and technology awards.
- 1997General Manager Li began working with a Nuclear Power Institute research team on nanocrystalline magnetic powder production.
- 2001Huiling Technology was established to develop commercialization.
- 2009Mianyang Xici New Materials Co., Ltd. was established through the collaboration of the two leaders and the Ninth Institute investment platform.
- 2021Transition from state ownership to private ownership. On 20 December 2021, the company expanded into magnet and assembly manufacturing.
- 2024ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification obtained in June.

Powder, magnets and assemblies.
Since December 2021, we have extended our powder expertise into magnet and assembly manufacturing, creating a supply chain from magnetic powder to finished rotor assemblies.
Current production capacity is 10 million pieces per month. Phase II facilities are ready, allowing expansion to 15 million pieces per month according to market demand.
