A bonded NdFeB magnet ring injection molded with a gear shaft. Six grades from Z4 to Z9 cover surface magnetic fields from 1300 to 1950 G.

Bonded magnets
Powder and binder are mixed, compression molded and cured, then finished by grinding, vibratory chamfering, spray coating or electrophoretic coating before inspection and magnetization.
